How do I contact SLC to get a referee’s login detail changed?

This is driving me mental, desperate for some help.

I’ve been given the base amount of the maintenance loan for now due to my sponsor being unable to get into their account in order to submit evidence. How do they change it? SLC seems almost unreachable without carrier pigeons on-hand.

Would love the help, this is causing me a ridiculous amount of worry!

Your sponsor can complete the paper form and upload this to their account or your account.
