Not really sure they're that much different. The longer questions in mat are a bit more about problem solving whereas tmua paper 2 is more about logic and proof. The latter is probably slighlty more relevant to uni, but if youve a choice about which one to take, maybe do a couple of mat and tmua papers and pick the one you "enjoy" the most.
