A guy says you are too nice and, instead of continuing the conversation with him to find out what he means, you login into your TSR account to ask a bunch of random online strangers? :dontknow:

it means that you are either:

1/ heading for the friend zone
or

2/ that you're a lovely, nice person to be around, and that everyone deserves to have you in their life, because you're awesome. (it's rare to locate and find people who are 'too nice'.

You're nice in a possibly too much kind of way in that there appears to be no other side to you, your personality. Possibly in an almost unnatural feeling kind of way or a bit one dimensional. Not necessarily a bad thing but potentially might mean you're 'too nice' for some guys to want to get with as they might want someone more edgy.

That or,

An off the cuff response as in you do or say something and the guy responds, 'you're too nice'. In that respect not meaning anything more than has been said just an acknowledgment of a nice act or a person's common acknowledgement response to anyone that does or says something even mildly nice.

Those two I would think would be most common explanation. There could be others but if you are default nice to people that would probably be a response you would have done up from some people.
