Foundation year

I just passed a foundation year at uni, I am curious if it gives me any additional ucas points. As there were 12 modules and I was told each Is worth 10.

Also would I get any certificate showcasing this as proof.

And can I change uni and continue to study the same course at different uni.

Sorry, I won't be able to comment on this since I'm only cognizant of the International one.

Foundation years are not standardised and are designed to bring you up to the standard required to progress onto the degree course at the same university. However, some students do manage to transfer to other unis. Clearing is open now, so do a search on UCAS to see if your course is available elsewhere and then phone the unis you are interested in to see if they would accept your foundation year. If they will, then put in an application via UCAS. More info on the clearing process for late applicants here:
