Nhs band 2 pharmaceutical manufacturing

Hello!

I have an interview for a band 2 pharmaceutical manufacturing job and wondering if anyone has any ideas on what sort of questions they’ll ask.

Also I have to carry out a maths test, has anyone had experience in this before and knows roughly what sort of questions I should be practicing?

At Band 2 the interview questions tend to lean into being more of a vibe check. They'll likely ask you why you want to work for the NHS, if you know the NHS principles, and questions about you (e.g. tell us about a time you...) that relate to these principles.

To prepare for more role-specific questions, I'd suggest reading up on good laboratory practice (GLP), good manufacturing practice (GMP), ALCOA principles, and the importance of quality management systems.
