Student loan foundation year fee

If I am accepted into a course with a foundation year would i need to pay for the foundation year (year 0)
i think it depends on what university you go to, but I'm 90% sure you don't pay tuition fees

As long as your foundation year leads to a degree course (i.e. it is not a stand-alone foundation course), then you should be able to apply for tuition fee and maintenance loans.

I doubt whether any university will offer a foundation year for free.
Oxbridge offers theirs free of charge, but I think it might be them. My bad.
