Change course

Unfortunately I did not get the requirements for Level 3 extended diploma Construction and building environment (btech)so they change my course and the putted Lvl2 Engineering (btech) will I be able to change it on the second Yr if I get the requirements this year?

I believe the Level 2 Engineering course is a 1 year course and is the equivalent of a GCSE. Once you pass it, if you have the requirements for the Level 3 Construction and Building BTEC, you will be able to start that course.
