SFE, how do i know they have received my application/evidence?

Recently changed my course (hadn't started the previous one) and sent everything off by post. Still showing details for the old course online, how do i know if they have received everything?

Hi Angela, I sent just over a week ago. I sent the download form stating change of course, copies of my passport, the dsa form and a letter stating diagnosis and reason for studying from home from my gp.
