hey i just sat mine (managed 3040 band 1) and can literally so relate!! i burnt myself out really badly and saw a massive dip in my mock scores (went down to about 2600) which made me sooo nervous for the actual thing
my personal advice would be ::
- rest, turn off ur computer and chill for a few days , u can’t really work yourself through a burn out and ucat isn’t a content based exam
- before ur exam, take a mock at around the same time u have scheduled (mine was 10am) - i just found this really helpful in calming my nerves because when my actual exam came around it felt like just part of the same old routine
- weakest spots : watch youtubers do questions and listen to the thought process!! short, effective bursts of revision over long hours
the days before - make sure u are sleeping really well . sleep is so fundamental to brain function it’s insane
basically don’t underestimate the power of rest !! good luck you will smash it !!
