foundation year

hello,

I will be studying health sciences with foundation year in uni of Nottingham. the website it is saying that there will be only 14 hours of teaching each week. I live 2 hours away from Nottingham and needed to stay accommodation in Nottingham. my question, does anyone have any idea about timetable for the foundation year because if the uni only teaching 14 hours a week, I don't see a point of staying in Nottingham for this year. I applied to accommodation just in case but it is pretty expensive for me. the last date for me to accept the accommodation is 5th of September. someone who went through this help me please
14 hours a week could be 2 days 9-5 or 5 days 9-11.

Normally 14 hours would mean 3 or 4 days of on campus sessions to attend.

I wouldn’t recommend a 4 hour daily round trip - that’s going to be expensive (your loan is a lot lower if you live at home), tiring and make it much more difficult to make friends and work part time.

I've just had a look at the timetable for this course, and I can see that there are activities every day Monday to Friday.
