Can I get into a physics degree with only BTEC extended Applied Science diploma

I am only doing the BTEC Level 3 applied science and I really want to get in physics, issues is I don't understand if this alone will be enough to get me into unis, especially more prestigious ones

What do you want to do in Uni?
You can still get in for Kings College London, Queen Mary, City theses Unis are good and will accept BTEC L3 Applied Sci
