Can these changes help your mental health ?

From peoples experience , how much has lifestyle changes made a difference to your overall physical and mental health. Like if every day I drink 2L water , have 8 hours sleep , exercise regularly , reduce screen time , eat 5 a day , eat less sugar and drink less caffeine etc. Will all of this genuinely make a significant difference. Also how should I implement this ? focus on one at a time or try and just do it all and stick to it ?

It certainly won't do you any harm to do those things. As for how to implement this, you know yourself best.
