Wrong decision of Customer Compliance

Hi.
I've been under investigation of Costumer Compliance SFE and they misunderstood the information I gave. Their decision was that I have been committed fraud and to be illegible for Student finance.
I want to make an appeal for their wrong decision. Is there anyone who can help me?
