Hi,
Customer Compliance investigated the provider that I’ve used back in 2021 . After their investigation they made a decision that I made false claims and now they are requesting money back from 2021 plus they added me to CIFAS. Is it possible after appeal that they change their decision and remove the marker? I’m not giving up . 😞
