I suspect you've started this coursework now, given that you posted this 2 days ago, but failing to tell people which BTEC you're studying has probably limited people's ability to help.

Unit 7 in Health and Social Care is "Principles of Safe Practice in Health and Social Care".
Unit 7 in Computing is "IT Systems Security and Encryption".

The way you tackle the former is likely to be quite different to the way you would tackle the latter. :wink:
