Drunk calls but is distant

I have seen this guy a few times. One night, he drunk called me multiple times and texted but i didn't see till the next day due to my phone being on silent. He hasn't messaged me properly since and has been quite distant (not initiating anything).

Does he like me? I'm not sure how he feels at all and its so confusing!

Is your self-worth really so low that you care what this chap thinks of you? Standards please!

If it helps - most people don't drunk text people they are want to get to know. It isn't normal behaviour.
