Does Bursary allow contextual offers?

Each Uni has different eligibility for contextual offers - most use some sort of home postcode system (but often different data/filters), a few use the actual school you apply from, but they may also have other categories such as FSM, 'In-care', refugees, certain summer schools or 'access schemes' etc etc. Its unlikely that just 'getting a bursary' will mean anything - but the reason you get a bursary might.
