Living with cat allergies?
I’ve weirdly grown into cat allergies after coming back to live with my parents. They have 4 cats so obviously this is even worse. And they are long-haired. I’ve been prescribed high dose antihistamines by my GP and they don’t really work all the time. I’ve tried nose sprays, eye drops and vicks inhalers and nothing seems to work.
I’m constantly having a blocked nose, itchy eyes and now headaches are apart of it. I don’t know whether being around cats will have long-term side effects? I’m worried taking high dose antihistamines everyday will have side effects in the long-run. I’ve moved back with mt parents to save for a deposit to buy a house which tbh could take 2-3 years and I’m not sure if that’s healthy?
I’ve googled immunotherapy but Idek if that works? My parents bought a v expensive air purifier thing and I’m not sure if that helps too much either!
