Is he flirting with me?

Yesterday a guy again liked my story. I usually post on my story about current events. I’m not a selfie person so I haven’t posted a story. I. Do have selfies of me on my story highlights.

Backstory:
He came to view my stories (my page was public) when he didn’t even follow me.

I followed him on instagram and he accepted my follow request and followed me back right away. Then the next day he liked one of my stories and I liked back one if his story updates.

Not at all, he'll most likely appreciate it! He might be a little shy to message you himself, and thus is hinting via story reactions that he wants to initiate a conversation.
