DSA email

DSA has refused a reimbursement for specialist notebooks because it says it doesn't have bank details on file, but I can find my bank details on my SFE account.

They said to email them, which I have done so, and it auto replied with turnover times and a message to not send multiple emails on the same issue. The turnover time was 10 days, it's now been 20 and I've had no response or contact of any kind.

Should I send another email? It said not to send emails on the same issue but it also said it would take 10 days.

Sorry you've not had a response so far. Yes, we'd definitely recommend e-mailing the team again and they'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Did resend the email. Got an auto reply exactly the same as the last one except the turnaround time stated is now 4-6 weeks

Guess I'll wait for that then
