Warwick or Durham university for Classics?

I don’t know which one to apply to, I don’t think I’d want to apply to both so anyone know which one is great for classics?

it depends what you want/are interested in. I applied to Durham because:
I haven’t done a language at A-level, which immediately disqualifies me from Warwick
you can choose your language at Durham (in Warwick you have to do both)
Durham is better ranked for Classics
Durham in nearer my hometown
I like the city + societies there

thank you for that! durham is sort of appealing to me more since i don’t have to do classical civilisation, i can do classics there 🙂

If you're really into classical archaeology and ancient history related areas then Warwick is pretty good. For more traditional philological work I'd wager Durham is a stronger option.
