UCAS Conservatoire referees

My two referees haven't received anything to ask them to submit a reference. On UCAS, my referee got an automated email straight away. Does anyone know if it works differently on conservatoire platform? Don't know if it's failed or it just takes longer as not automated?
It should work exactly the same.

Double check that you typed in the right email addresses and that your referees have checked their junk/spam folders.
If that’s all done then ring UCAS up to ask them to check the emails have been sent.

deleted and reentered and now referees got 3 emails ha ha!
