If I drop out of uni this year, can I re apply for an open uni course starting in feb

I'm thinking of dropping out of uni this year and going home and starting an open uni course in feb, however would I still be able to get funding if I did this?

Hi Stanzz,

You should be able to do this as full time previous study is not counted for Open University courses which are always classed as part time from a student finance perspective.

We will need your university to confirm you have withdrawn from your current course and then you should be able to make a new part time application through your online account.
