I submitted my application last week, and received an offer today from Reading. But, when I refreshed today and I'm almost certain I didn't press anything it says my ucas application is still processing. I'm quite confused. Did I do something wrong on my end or is it an UCAS issue.

Please let me know, I'm going crazy thinking I did something wrong.
