If i transfer courses in the same uni would my funding still change

Currently i am a second year student studying a three year LLB Law with. Criminology degree and am in the process of transferring to the LLB Law course, Both courses are of the same duration and in the same university. My main. Concern was whether it was likely that my maintenance loan would go through any changes once the transfer is complete

Hi Yusuf,

You should be fine as long as you have no other previous study prior to the course you were attending as you are transferring within the second year.
