Student entitlement update letter

Hi so iv received a email stating my entitlement has been updated but when I log in the letter is not on student finance when I log in.
Will this come in the post first ?

It can take 1-2 working days to appear on your account.

You will also receive this in the post between 7-10 working days.

Ok thank you,I have been checking and it just says it’s still been reviewed,that’s what it says in messages.
So no actual letter yet.
It has only been 2 days.

Yes it’s says it’s proved but iv just logged on and now it’s says it’s cancelled on the phone to them now .
