Assessment emergency contact

Currently doing my conservatoire applications, it's asking for an assessment emergency contact name and number. I have no idea what this means and I'm not sure what to put. Thanks :smile:

If there's an emergency (for example, a piano falls on your head and you're rushed to hospital), who should they contact? Often this would be a parent.
