Hi got a telephone interview at the body shop for the role of a sales consultant does anyone know what to anticipate or what are the types of questions to come up please to help prepare.

Know a bit about their product range. Have some examples of where you’ve delivered great service and dealt with a difficult person. Watch out for the trick question to see if you’d borrow from the till in an emergency. But most of all be very enthusiastic and say you’d be flexible and reliable

In jobs where honesty is important there may be a question to assess attitude. A colleague is has lost their keys and needs cash for a taxi home, would you borrow from the till and they pay it back next day..
