Applying for Student finance for a PGCE + changes to loan repayments

Hi, I’m looking to apply for a PGCE immediately after graduating with my undergrad. I know for student finance you apply for funding as though it is undergrad level, but do I reapply as I have every year for my BA or start a new application? If I reapply, does this mean the changes to paying back loans don’t apply as I started uni before these changes? Thank you

Thank you! Im assuming applying as a new student means I will be on plan 5 for repayments? I hope to apply in 2025
