Hi, I have a room available to anyone who wants it. Dean House, New Cross Road, London. It's 245 a week with bills included but it can be lowered to 200 a week. It is an ensuite and has onsite laundry as well as other amenities, you would be sharing with 4 other lovely girls. Sure thing, could it be virtual by any chance. Yes that would be great. Yes I’m a student and I have a guarantor. Is it possible to get the £200 option by any chance though?

I can email my landlord about a virtual viewing as well the price. They are unavailable today due to an emergency but I will get back to you tomorrow

Ok perfect. If you can complete the registration form that would be great. I think you will get a DEA code. My landlord will be able to find your details on the system that way. In regards to price she will hopefully get back to us tomorrow.
