Headgirl election speech

I have to give a speech saying who I am, why I should be nominated and any ideas I have for the role of Headgirl on Friday and thus far I have no speech!
I have no ideas on what I would do in the role and don’t know how to write the speech at all.
Does anybody have any ideas as to what I can include?!
