We don't really have colleges per say! In your accommodation, your flatmates can be anyone from any subject

we do have some accommodation that is catered more towards some degrees, like heathcare, but it is mostly open. If you start off in the university-owned accommodation, each accom has a residence life team. They basically are there to make sure your experience is as comfortable as possible. They also set up regular socialising events and its quite an inclusive space to be in! These tend to be non-alcoholic socials so there's honestly a space for everyone, whether you like a night out or not

We do have the different schools - ie, for each type of subject department. People in your course, no matter what course you're doing tend to be really friendly! We also have the student union as well - they hold loads of events to socialise and societies host events as well. I find this to be the most inclusive space just because there's something for everyone. We have cultural and religious societies, LGBTQ+ societies, but we also have supportive student organisations for disabled students, international students etc. Even if you feel like, for example, your flatmates aren't your type of people, there's always going to be stuff that interests you at the uni

I hope that's helped!
