Help me to refine my EPQ Question.

My EPQ topic is relating to the field of medical law, something that im hoping to go into after college. I was thinking of how the law either restricts or pervades medicine something like that. My teacher said that it is a great topic but very broad and I need to choose one or two aspects of medical law.
My problem is I do not know which ones to focus on. Could anyone perhaps help me formulate a more specific question. I have considered topics like reproductive rights, the rights of the parents compared to the rights of the child, doctor patient confidentiality, organ transplants, stem cell research and euthanasia.
