Can uni offers be above the minimum grade for that uni?
For example, if a uni has a minimum entry requirement of AAA, could/would they give out A*AA, or even higher, offers?
Short answer, yes.
However it's fairly uncommon, unless you are applying to a uni in Scotland.

Grade boundaries may vary between courses, so not all might be at the minimum. Generally universities will have a standard offer across a lot of their courses and they will most likely display these requirements on their website so I would check out the requirements for your specific course if you are worried.
