Level 5 certificate & dropping out of third year

I'm on the edge of dropping out of third year Psychology BSc (Hons) due to numerous issues, and I'm after some advice about the real world value of a level 5 certificate in psychology?

Do employers actually value it as a qualification? Or is it more of a flag that says "I dropped out of my course don't employ me"?

Thanks in advance for any input!
sorry this doesn't answer the question but can you defer your remaining semester and take a break instead of dropping out? It sounds like you are pretty close to completion if you are in third year..

Hi, unfortunately I can't as I've interrupted studies twice due to ongoing issues, so I've used up the 5 years allowed to complete the course.
