What does it mean if someone says they want you to 'talk me down off the ceiling'?

It means you are on the ceiling.

Nah! She wants me to talk her down from the ceiling apparently. Is being on the ceiling bad? I have no idea what she means I just want to make sure it's not anything serious because I can't get in contact with her.

No. And I'm sure it's not that. I've just never heard the phrase and I'm just hoping it doesn't mean she's having an emotional breakdown or something of the sort.

Maybe she is high. Who knows.

I actually don't know, but an educated guess would be; They are being very cocky or overconfident about some issue/situation/whatever, and they want you to bring them back down to earth and not become complacent/overcocky.
Just a guess ..
