Am I Bi?

So, this is the first time I'm openly admitting/discussing this so this is a weird feeling.

For a while now, I have seriously considered the idea of what it would be like to have sex with the same gender as mine. I can find people of my gender attractive sexually and get turned on by watching porn between the same gender rather than straight.

But, I have always been in straight relationships, all of which I enjoyed at the time, and have enjoyed straight sex. Also, I feel romantically interested in people with the opposite gender, whereas with the same it's only ever been sexual.

I think it does make me Bisexual... but the more I think about it, the more I know that if I ever fell in love and have a long term relationship with someone, it would be with someone of the opposite gender to me. With those of the same, it really is just about the sex.

I don't know what my question is really, I guess just, what are you thoughts? I'm basically just pretty confused right now, and the things I've written above tend to change depending on my moods.
There I times when I find the thought of having sex and close contact with anyone else just repulsive and that is usually why I have then ended relationships...
First off - the porn thing really means nothing.

Maybe you're bisexual, focusing on the sexuality part of it, but only hetero-romantic. I.E. While the thought of sex with the same gender is something you like, romantically you're only interested in your own gender for actual dating.
Sexuality can be quite fluid, so it can be hard to define someone as 'gay', 'straight' or 'bisexual' at times, especially earlier on in life. If you are an adolescent, it is not unusual to have experimental thoughts or even physical encounters with the same sex. Unless you actively seek same-sex relationships and activities on a regular basis, and roughly to the same degree as you do the opposite sex, then I would say you were predominantly straight but with 'bisexual tendencies'. If you find this fades with time, then you are probably more-or-less straight.

That's not how it works, buddy.

Bisexuality does not mean you are equally attracted to both sexes; it just means that you are attracted in some way to each sex. This can be romantically, sexually, or both, and within that they can be to different levels.

You may just be bi-curious at the moment, which is quite common among young people, but you might very well be bisexual. Some psychologists reckon the majority of the population is bisexual, so it's hardly rare.
Bisexual but hetero-romantic. Same as me  I was confused as well, but being bisexual doesn't mean you equally like both sexes or you want to date both, or both at the same time. Just means you find both men and women sexy.

And no, I'm not an attention seeker, I'm not going to "MFF BBY? :perv:", I'm not a closet lesbian, I'm not more likely to cheat, I'm not any more promiscuous, I'm not any different to anyone else.

Feel free to add if I've left out any stereotypes
I would probably call you heteroflexible - it's a term for people who are primarily straight, but occasionally swing the other way ("straight but stuff happens").

Or, alternatively, bisexual, but heteroromantic. So interested in both genders sexually, but only the opposite romantically.

Or possibly bisexual-but-leaning-straight.

...Which kind of illustrates how inadequate the conventional straight/gay/bi identifications are. There probably isn't a simple label for your sexuality 0 there isn't for many people. It's useful to remember that sexuality is fluid and changes throughout life. I identify as bisexual and pretty much always have, but even though I am always bisexual, there are times when I find women much more attractive and lose interest in most men, and vice versa. It goes through phases and I can't really predict it, I just chill out and go with the flow.

There isn't anything wrong with being interested in one gender sexually but not romantically, that's fine. Depending on your attitude to casual sex, it could be just a fantasy you never live out, or it could be something to explore on crazy nights out. Or maybe one day you'll meet that special someone of the same sex who you fall in love with despite everything you thought about yourself. It happens. People are strange.

So essentially it sounds like you're not 100% straight, but bisexual might not be the best label for you either. Look at the Kinsey scale, that might help.
