I've got some 'serious mass', not tried their whey. I've got jammie biscuit and vanilla ice cream. Jammie biscuit is amazing, if anything it's TOO nice... I could drink it all day long.... Vanilla ice cream is a little too sweet for my taste, but I add an extra scoop of oats and it balances it nicely.

Chest & Triceps -

Left delt and tricep didn't feel 100%, so I decided to have a lighter workout, and focus on time under tension as well as the stretch/contraction.

Chest:

Incline barbell bench press -
80kg X 10, 8, 6
60kg X 10, 8, 6

Decline(very slight) barbell bench press -
50kg X 15, 12, 10, 10, 8, 7
2-3 second chest sink/pause at the bottom for the stretch. Felt some amazing pectoral recruitment, stretch and contraction.

Triceps:

Skullcrushers -
EZ bar + 30kg X 8, 6
EZ bar + 20kg X 10, 8, 6

Close grip bench press(smith) -
40kg X 8, 5, 4

i always get someone to squeeze my pecs when benching, helps me feel the contraction better

Key Lime Pie is probably my favourite atm.
Then Triple chocolate/Black Forest Gateau.

Jammie Dodger went weird/stodgy when i did mine and i was using exactly 175ml of milk so don't know why. Maybe that flavour needs more mixing than the others?
