Chest & Triceps -
Left delt and tricep didn't feel 100%, so I decided to have a lighter workout, and focus on time under tension as well as the stretch/contraction.
Chest:
Incline barbell bench press -
80kg X 10, 8, 6
60kg X 10, 8, 6
Decline(very slight) barbell bench press -
50kg X 15, 12, 10, 10, 8, 7
2-3 second chest sink/pause at the bottom for the stretch. Felt some amazing pectoral recruitment, stretch and contraction.
Triceps:
Skullcrushers -
EZ bar + 30kg X 8, 6
EZ bar + 20kg X 10, 8, 6
Close grip bench press(smith) -
40kg X 8, 5, 4
