Got a 1rpm for bench?

Also did you find 25kg DBs hard for 5 reps on shoulder press? Im just curious because your bench is good but then in comparison your DB press seems weak.

Never tried for a 1rm, calculator says 140kg or so, take that with a big pinch of salt though...

That shoulder workout was just a fail.

Since the end of January I haven't really done any heavy shoulder pressing whatsoever, so my press hasn't progressed in months, where as my bench has, so they're a little disproportionate at the minute.

At the end of January I hit

Incline barbell bench press -
90kg X 12, 8, 6
80kg X 8, 7, 6
60kg[slow negatives + long pause] X 7, 6, 5
60kg X 10, 8, 8

Dumbbell press -
25kg X 15
27.5kg X 10
30kg X 8, 6
25kg X 10, 8

Highlights how much my press has gone down by. It will come back up pretty soon now that I'm pressing again.

Not been training too much the past few weeks. Been too tired/fatigued, mixed with no appetite. Things are getting back to normal this week though. Time for some gains at last.

Yeah, got a Schiek velcro belt. Doesn't seem to help too much with extra weight/reps, perhaps a tad, but it gives me extra support to protect my lower back.

Barbell bench press -

Incline barbell bench press -
80kg X 12, 7

Light weight, sore arm. Hurt my left arm squatting on Saturday, somehow. Elbow is inflamed, tricep and bicep have stabbing pains, and there is a shooting pain from my little finger to my shoulder. Benching may not have been the greatest of ideas.
Finally back training/blogging.

I took 3-4 weeks off training to rest an arm injury (snap city), plus I started a new job which just left me drained.

Yeah, didn't do the 4th set :eek: :frown:
A PT/client wanted the rack, and I had been using it for 45mins+ by the time I had warmed up etc, so was hogging it a tad. Plus my hip flexor is destroyed and I was in a rush to get finished and head to work, so everything considered I didn't mind missing a set.
