I just went from 115kg to 132.5kg bench in eight weeks

Some of you know me, others don't. I made some great bench progress lately and wanted to share.

My new PB at 132.5kg from last night.

Insane bench gains.

We'll all make it. Check my log. Think my first session was the bar plus a 2.5kg each side.

A standard Powerlifting arch. Much less than some I know. More than others.
Particularly impressive that your 115 press looked like such a struggle and then 132.5 looked straightforward. Nice one.


You seem to only have one set of clothes though. :biggrin:

Oh my God...I never knew Motorbiker was a lifting BEAST. Good stuff bro. I particualrly liked the squats, very impressive keep it up man

My bench is doing best recently tbh. Injured myself and haven't squatted heavy in a while.

Yea, except mine was not equipped, paused, close grip and heels on floor....

Guessing you're referring to my small arch which is half the size of hers and I have a close grip anyway so my total rom is fairly large still.

Never understood people that hate on that video, fair enough the ROM is tiny and the arch is ridiculous, but it's still a 14year old girl benching 140kg, most fully grown men can't even bench 140kg.

Four years with the odd break and injury etc.

But I've recently realised that proper training can be much more efficient if done correctly. Nvm.

She benched 110+ raw in the video. It is pretty apparent that she can't bench anything in that shirt.
