I am not sure why this is in relationships or why this is anon, and I am also not a girl 
but for the first 3 -
1. Yes.
2. Most clothes, yes. Stuff I change into when I get home, I wear for maybe 2 or 3 days.
3. When I spill something on it.

Yes.
Yes for the top half.
Every 2 or so weeks.
Yes for both. Sometimes I don't with my bra but I have like 15 of them so no excuse. And who wears the same pair of knickers two days in a row? Gross.

Such as?
1 - I only have a bath in my flat and I go for a bath almost daily, every 2 days at the most.
2 - I wear different clothes every day if I go out but I sometimes wear the same jammies for a couple of days
3 - I change my bed covers about once a fortnight
4 - I change my pants every day but I often wear the same bra for up to a week or so. I only change my bra if I've been really sweaty or it smells which is rare but I like to wear different pants every day.
