Transferring after foundation year

How feasible is the above if I'm doing the foundation year at one uni but thinking of doing the degree proper at one higher up the league tables? What does the process involve?

I've seen a number of people on this forum switch university after completing a foundation year, so it is definitely possible. Technically it wouldn't be a transfer because you'd be starting the degree from year one, you would just using the foundation year to satisfy the entry requirements of another degree.

You need to contact the universities you're interested in, give them details of your foundation year (what modules you're doing etc) and ask if they would accept it for entry, and what grades you need. If they say yes then you can apply through UCAS as normal.
