If I wear make I double cleaner so firstly I use an oil based cleanser than a foam /normal cleanser after. Then I use toner and after I use essence . Lastly I use moistrizer . Sometimes I use an overnight face mask after if my face is really dry .
I love using skincare from a brand called Benton, coserx and pyunkangyul. I get them online from yesstyle.
500mg Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) with every meal. Available in any high street health store, or dirt cheap buying in bulk from Amazon or E-bay.

Spend a tenner. Try it for a month. You may well be amazed how effective this is.

Don't overwash your face. Made this mistake when I was younger, thinking if I washed my face twice or even three times per day, my skin would improve. Just made it worse, but I persisted thinking it might get better soon. Washing your face too often dries it out, and your skin overcompensates by producing too much sebum. Once per day is fine, sometimes these days I don't even wash it some days. My skin is clearer than it's ever been.

Rose water
Firstly drink more water, eat a healthier diet, get more sleep, change your pillowcases, try not to sleep on your side, don't touch your face during the day, cleanse your face every night.
My skin was awful last year but now I don't really get many spots, I just have scarring. The two products that helped me were:
- La Roche Posay Effaclar Duo. Use it all over the face as a moisturiser.
- The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%. Take a small amount and apply it all over face, then use a light moisturiser over the top.

Really helped with any congestion on my face and just generally don't get as many spots now. If I do get one, it clears up pretty quickly when I'm using those two products. I don't use them at the same time, normally alternate. Either alternate days or one in the morning and one at night. Would recommend trying one on its own and seeing how your skin reacts before trying the other.
