I am studying the MSc Midwifery course (postgraduate masters) and fees are still currently NHS funded for my year 2017. However i get MINIMUM from the bursary system and really struggling,is there any other loans i could be entitled to studying this course?

If you are receiving the NHS Bursary then unfortunately you would not be eligible for the Postgraduate Loan or any other support through Student Finance England
I would advise you to contact the NHS Business Award Authority, they may be able to offer extra help for students in certain circumstances.
