so basically I do IB so I already got my results, I missed both my firm and insurance choice and so I'm in clearing now. I'm currently looking at the uni's in clearing and was wondering if its best to email them or phone them.

phone them, its the best. you can always get a full detailed answer and be directed to the right team staff.

Phone. They will be receiving many hundreds of emails every day at this point and they'll likely just tell you to call to go through their Clearing process anyway.

Have you checked with your firm and insurance as they may accept you on lower grades.

Phone them, you'll get a response as soon as the phone is picked up by someone.
