It could mean that they will review your application again in the main round which should be around April. But no offer has been officially sent out yet for the early round.

Yes my withdraw application button disappeared a few days ago as well. Not sure what does it imply.

I believe it means that an offer will be sent soon. Not sure when though, hopefully within this week
