Can someone tell me what this is and how to make it go away?

Hello

I have had this on my feet for a while and at first it hasnt bothered me but now its becoming very sore and hurts the more i walk or use my feet. It is only on my left foot. It is as if my skin is really hard and sore.. do i just need to scrub it off or do i need some cream for it?

I think visit a pharmacy and see if there is an ailments which can help, good supporting shoes will help.
It just looks like a really big callus. Get a pumice stone and try scrubbing off some of the hard skin after soaking your feet in hot water. That should help. Moisturising regularly will also help. But if you can afford it, seeing a podiatrist would be the best thing to do as they can get rid of the hard skin properly and tell you what you can do to stop the callus coming back.

They are calluses. I'm unaware of a decent treatment beyond grinding away with it with pumice or something like that. What you need to do is treat the cause. Check that your footwear fits correctly and is in good condition, and that you are wearing good socks. Make sure the footwear is appropriate for the activity. Going on long walks in 10 year old trainers may not be a good idea.

As far as I know, these are the symptoms of Corn. And for the corn treatment, you can visit any pharmacy near you and should ask for the corn-cap. Just put it every day on the spot where the hardening issue is and it will end up within a week or lesser than that. For more support, you can send your issues images to a Canadian pharmacy and ask for the required medicines. The desired medicines will be delivered to your doorstep only.
