That's really bad luck, UTIs are horrible. It might be worth booking some time in with your GP to discuss what might be triggering your UTIs, and perhaps a referral to a specialist might be a good idea depending on how often you get them (if the GP thinks this would be suitable). Sometimes they are chronic conditions that require special management or investigation. In my experience, I got them after having sex or when very run down and stressed. Taking simple steps like only letting super clean hands down there, and peeing before and straight after sex have reduced the frequency that I get them. For some people, wearing more breathable underwear helps.
