Don't read much into it OP, I get the impression at the time he was a little annoyed but.I'm sure he regrets it now, he said sorry and told you he thought it was a joke, just forget about it, if you know nothing would ever happen especially concerning the housemate :smile:

Is it really that hard to see why your bf could have got a little jealous or paranoid? It was a joke, but that sort of awkward joke that implies something in a subtle manner. He probably sent it in the heat of the moment and cooled off after.
