I'm 16 and it's changed quite a bit since last February.
Pre Covid: walk to and from my bus stop about 5 min away, 2 x 90 minute sessions of Taekwondo, a couple dog walks about an hour long, occasional hour/90 minute gym session
March - October: 1 x 40 minute session of taekwondo (cut down because of doing it via zoom due to covid), an hour to two hour long dog walk (high energy dog), couple workouts a week (only like 40 min though), a decent amount of rollerskating
October - now: 1 x 40 minute session of taekwondo, a few dog walks but only 20 minutes or so (dog had surgery and is recovering), practicing my taekwondo aka waking my punch bag for about 20 minutes most days and the odd half an hour of roller skates.
It sounds like I'm doing a lot, but I'm really not. I've been trying to do at least 20 minutes a day because otherwise it takes me several hours to fall asleep because I'm not going anywhere.
